When high-quality branded vinegar spoils, it turns into low-quality vinegar. Low quality vinegar won’t spoil.
Valid question. Food & drinks often get poisonous when expired. Poisons (at least artifical ones) usually become less potent.
Natural poisons (e.g. from snakes) are a different thing.
